Mrs. Ionata is a  Master Trainer for Dale Carnegie & Associates (DC&A). She delivers quality training, provides client solutions and produces tangible business results for clients.
 
Trainer Certification:
 Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc. - Licensed Trainer in the Dale Carnegie Course®, Presentations Effectiveness, Leadership/Management Effectiveness and Seminars.
 in 2015 she becomes certified as a Master Trainer.


Corporate Training Experience:
 As a Trainer for (DC&A), Mrs. Ionata’s experience has been with small, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies. She has worked with global, national and regional corporations since 2001. 

Mrs. Ionata has strong sales, marketing and management experience. She joined DC&A where she provided client satisfaction, successful referrals, repeat business and trainer quality for 10 years. As a Trainer, Mrs. Ionata worked directly with clients’ needs by adding value and maximizing their ROI. Her experience in training ranges from communications, presentation skills, executive leadership and management.
 
Industry Experience:
Before joining, (DC&A), Mrs. Ionata worked at Marriott International, where she was responsible for representing the United Nations, Missions, Consulates and International Companies in the capacity of sales, management and marketing. Prior to joining Marriott, Mrs. Ionata worked for UPS, Alliance and Drake International in the area of sales and management. From growing up in Montreal, Quebec to living in New York, Mrs. Ionata brings a unique business perspective to (DC&A). Her business acumen and knowledge of different languages and cultures allow her to effectively deal with the global demands.

Client Experience:
She has worked with client organizations in addressing critical training and coaching needs. Over the years, she has worked with companies in Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, Hospitality, Education and Government Organizations.

Among her many clients are: American Express, Citigroup, Credit Suisse First Boston, New York Life, NYSE Euronext, Forest Labs Pharmaceuticals, Purdue Pharma, Bohler Engineering, Media Whiz, MorrocanOil, Coty Prestige, St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, NBA, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Pace University, Baruch College, Con Edison, and the Marine Corps.

Mrs. Ionata has been a keynote speaker with various associations including, IREM and PMI. She has consistently been in the (DC&A) Top Trainer Rankings and continues to exceed clients’ expectations. In 2003, she received an award for the Top National Performer in achieving highest overall results for customized corporate training. In 2007, Mrs. Ionata was nominated to act as a round table discussion Moderator at Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc. 62nd Annual International Convention addressing: “What you need to know to deliver corporate business.” In addition, she has conducted one-on-one coaching with the CEO of Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc. for his worldwide annual convention speech for  4 consecutive years.

In the last 5 years, Fil has delivered workshops with  many associations such as: Women in Business, Running with Heels, YEX - Young Executives Committee of the Italy - America Chamber of Commerce.
